In 2006 brainchild of drummer Ronny Svanströmer officially formed Covered Call together with guitarist Joel Carlsson.
Soon Thomas Thulin (Spearfish, Hep Stars) took the Bass, and in search of a second guitarist they found Morgan Rosenquist who had played extensively on the thriving local scene.
Now they just needed a singer for the band.
Through Blistering Records they got in contact with Thomas Wikström (Talk of the town, Candlemass, Therion) how decided to be the singer in Covered Call.

The band was complete. And in January 2008 they released the debut album "Money never sleeps" in USA and later on in Europe. The response was amazing! The album has been highly acclaimed and critics have called it "AOR album of the year".

Money Never Sleeps is recorded and mixed at Studio Fredman by Fredrik Nordström & Henrik Udd.
